The focus of the visit was to discuss a "roadmap" approach to the development of skills pathways, ensuring that the growth of the Mill translates into sustainable, high-value career opportunities for the local community and the wider region.

During the visit, our team walked through our strategic approach to talent development and hosted a comprehensive tour of the facility to bring the scale and ambition of the Shotton Mill project to life. Our discussions focused on how we can align our workforce needs with regional priorities, ensuring a seamless transition from education into the paper and manufacturing sectors.
